I believe that life is not a process of discovery but of creation and imagination.

Name: Pawena Kaniah | Hometown: The Vale, Mauritius

Hi, I am Pawena, but I usually go by my nickname Réa. I love colours, books, photography, travelling, music and some coding. I firmly believe in positive thinking. I enjoy painting, swimming, hiking, dancing and meeting new people and going to new places to discover what they have to offer. I binge watch Bollywood movies and binge read world mythology and history. I crave for random and vivid interaction and thrive for deep conversations. I’m usually an outburst of energy and like team work and multitasking.

I have always been perspicacious about society. I am outspoken, and perpetually rethink existing ideologies. I like to public speak while writing is a hobby I have nourished since childhood. Two years ago, I started my blog called Our Alter Ego which has quickly escalated to popularity, with over 500 articles; I also news published for various local and international traditional media. I am currently penning a book.

I truly look forward to meeting you all in August so that we can build incredible bonds that we will cherish.
