Accomplishments: I love to travel. After graduating from high school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I went to Ontario, Canada. I worked as a wilderness canoe guide for two months, went sailing all over Lake Ontario for another month, worked as a boat yard wrangler for another two months, then took my backpack and have been travelling around South America for the past six months. I've learned to surf, to scuba dive, underwater photography, to taste coffee, to dance salsa, to fish for piranhas, to plant watermelons and live like a cowboy. I've taken 24 hour bus rides across the Andes, ridden mountain bikes downhill on for 60 kilometres,  hitchhiked with more cowboys, been robbed twice, been really sick once, sang and played guitar for audiences in youth hostels across the continent, danced in Carnival and Mother´s Day, and now I´m heading to Buenos Aires to learn to play, sing, and dance tango with more beautiful people.

Name: Juan Stockermans | Hometown: La Rioja, Spain | Joining: BBA 17, Singapore Campus

My interests? Everything. Cooking and eating, singing and dancing, people and animals, the heat, the cold, the north and the south, the deep and the shallow.

I have a passion to see everywhere I can, that is why this program has enticed me so much. I could stay in Europe and be happy, sure, but.... I want to see more.

My guitar was destroyed in a car accident, but my fingers can still play. I hope some of the new Jags are musicians, or want to try! Music is a way to meet across cultures.

Also, Im looking forward to go hiking and camping in Asia, in Dubai and in Australia - everyone is welcome to join!
